100 Hons & Elvis grew from a love of cat glasses and leopard skin that started with event founder, Susan Costenbader's mother, Kathleen Johannesen, and led Susan to the 2013 Honfest in Baltimore, MD, for a day of celebration before starting treatment for breast cancer. The colorful pictures led family and friends, who supported Susan through treatment and beyond, to join in on the Hon fun through her then newly created 100 Hons & Elvis charity event. 100 Hons & Elvis has raised nearly $60,000 for cancer charities in the past 5 years.
